Privacy Policy

UnderSports LLC. (“UnderSports”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the UnderSports coaching platform (“services”) for use by our customers/users. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy unless otherwise defined.

Definitions

  • Services: includes the UnderSports online platform operated by UnderSports LLC.
  • Personal Data: means data about an individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
  • Performance and Knowledge Data: The users can enter performance data to keep track of player performance (e.g. skills development, goals achievement, health conditions, match, and training performance, evaluations, etc.). Knowledge data refers to all information that the user enters to retain his/her knowledge in the platform (e.g. training activities or player development).
  • Cookies: Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
  • Data Processor (or Service Provider): means any natural or legal person who processes the data. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.
  • Data Subject: is any living individual who is using our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.
  • Information Collection and Use: We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data
User Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“User Data”). Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

The users are provided to option to enter various Personal Data of other individuals on our platform. This personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Player data (e.g. email address, first & last name, phone number, birthday, etc.)
  • Staff data (e.g. email address, first & last name, phone number, birthday, etc.)

This data is stored on our servers to provide the users with the full extent of our Service. UnderSports does not use this data for its own purposes if not defined otherwise.

Performance and Knowledge Data

The users are provided the option to enter performance and knowledge data into our platform. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Player performance ratings
  • Player skills
  • Individual notes for players
  • Training activities created by the users
  • Methodology records created by the user

This data is stored on our servers to provide the users with the full extent of our Service. UnderSports does not use this data for its own purposes if not defined otherwise.

Usage Data

When you access the Service, we collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

  • Device information (e.g. type of device, IP address, or internet browser )
  • User behavior (e.g. events conducted on the platform, user journey, or session duration)

We may use your Usage Data to improve our Service and for troubleshooting. We may also send usage-related emails to enhance your user experience. You may opt out of receiving any of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.

Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and to store certain information about the users.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), UnderSports LLC's legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. UnderSports LLC may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

Retention of Data

UnderSports LLC will retain your Personal, Performance, and Knowledge Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal, Performance, and Knowledge Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
UnderSports LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Your information and data may be transferred to — and maintained on — servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Business Transaction

If UnderSports LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
