• minor athletes (from 2 years old) whose profiles are created by parents, guardians, or organizations
• administrators, coaches, doctors, players, and all organization members
• visitors of our website and mobile applications
• any individual using the UnderSports Service in any capacity

3. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

3.1. Information provided by users

• name, surname
• age, date of birth (including children from age 2)
• contact information (email, phone — if provided)
• photos, files, documents
• sports performance data
• training history
• athlete assessment and test results
• wellness, injuries, training load, and other sports-related data

3.2. Account and organizational data

• login details
• account creation/update information
• organization membership
• user role (Admin, Coach, Player, Doctor, etc.)

3.3. Technical and usage data

• activity logs
• device identifiers
• browser and OS data
• IP address
• interactions within the Service

3.4. Payment data

Processed exclusively through WayForPay.

UnderSports does NOT store:

• card numbers
• CVV codes
• payment credentials

We only receive the transaction status (successful/failed).

4. Data of Minors (from 2 Years Old)

• UnderSports allows account creation for users starting from 2 years old.
• The Platform does not verify age during registration.

Responsibility for lawful processing of minors' data lies with:

• parents or legal guardians
• Administrators of sports organizations using the Platform

Administrators must obtain the necessary parental permissions before processing data of minor athletes.

UnderSports does not directly communicate with children.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• creating and maintaining user accounts
• operating and supporting sports organizations and teams
• athlete profile management
• displaying team and athlete statistics
• storing and processing files and documents
• improving the Service
• ensuring security and fraud prevention

• processing payments (via WayForPay)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Legal Basis for Data Processing

UnderSports processes personal data based on:

• contractual necessity (providing the Service to users/organizations)

7.1. Other users

Other users cannot access your data unless you explicitly join an Organization.

7.2. Organization members

After joining an Organization, your data becomes available to:

• Administrators
• Coaches
• Doctors
• Staff
• Other authorized members

Access depends on role-based permissions.

7.3. Third parties

Data may be accessed by:

• cloud service providers (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud)
• payment provider WayForPay (for payment processing only)
• technical support partners
• authorities, only when required by law

UnderSports does not provide unauthorized access to personal data.

8. International Data Transfers

The Platform may store data on cloud servers located outside Ukraine.

Data may be transferred abroad in compliance with industry-standard security measures and applicable laws.

9. Data Retention

• as long as your account remains active
• as long as you belong to an Organization
• as long as necessary to provide the Service

Upon account deletion, some data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups according to standard backup policies.

Every UnderSports user has the right to:

• delete their account

• request restriction of processing
• withdraw consent
• request deletion of a minor's data (if you are a parent/guardian)

Administrators of Organizations must also protect the data they access.

UnderSports may use:

13. Payments and Financial Information

Payments are processed through WayForPay.

UnderSports does not store or process:

• payment passwords
• cardholder CVV data

We only receive information about payment success or failure.

14. Deleting an Account or Leaving an Organization

You may delete your account at any time in the settings.

When you leave or are removed from an Organization, your access to that Organization's data ends.

UnderSports may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms & Conditions are violated
• illegal activity is detected
• payment issues occur and remain unresolved (after the 7-day grace period)

15. Changes to This Policy

• UnderSports may update this Policy periodically.
• Updates are published on our website.
• Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
